Throughout my career, one of the most common questions I hear has been: “Hey Gina, can I get your thoughts on something?” I love to share my thoughts and opinions, and more importantly I love to add value to others, especially when it comes to People Leadership. In the interest of utmost flexibility for you, I have created various ways you can get my thoughts. Just pick the one you feel best meets your needs and will provide you the most value.

Here are seven ways you can get my thoughts. They are arranged from least expensive to most expensive.

  1. Subscribe to my updates. I currently publish one new Thoughts on People Leadership post a week, along with a new podcast/video. By subscribing, you’ll never miss a thought.
  2. Buy the book– People Leadership: 30 Strategies to ensure your team’s success. This book is a compilation of 30 leadership techniques that worked and continue to work for myself and others business leaders.
  3. Book me as a speaker or workshop leader. I currently do a limited number of speaking engagements each year for corporations, conferences, and trade associations. I design my talks to meet your needs so that your can get the most results in a short period of time. If you think you would like me to speak for you, send me an email. I will also design custom workshops to meet your needs. I am not a big believer in canned workshops because I know that leadership cannot be taught in one size fits all environment. I do; however, understand you may desire a group education program and I am happy to discuss that need with you. Prices vary based on needs.
  4. Hire me as a mentor or consultant. I LOVE mentoring and consulting. I am very selective. I only work with individuals who are really serious about and open to making a change to become a better and more effective leader. So if you are committed and ready to make leaps and bounds in your leadership capabilities send me an email so we can discuss how to get started right away! Prices vary based on needs.

If you have something else in mind, other than what I have outlined, feel free to email me. I would love to hear your needs and work to design a solution with you and for you.
